Brett Slater: Immigration Lawyer AustraliaBrett Slater has over 20 years of experience as an immigration lawyer, winning the most difficult cases. There are many lawyers and many migration agents, but only one lawyer in 800 is an accredited specialist immigration lawyer. Although all Australian lawyers who do immigration work have to be “registered migration agents”, very few of them are “accredited”. Only the best, most experienced immigration lawyers achieve accreditation. Accreditation takes eight years or more of academic training and experience. Brett Slater has been accredited since 1995.
